Exclusive Tracks – Our in House Producers’ Tracks
Exclusive means what it means. We will not sell your track to anyone without your written agreed consent. We require an advance on all tracks. An advance is a down payment on a track. A licensed track means that you have a license to use the track in recordings and live performances. The track is owned by both the artist and the producer and the artist pays the producer a percentage of the profits made from the track. An assignment track is a track that the producer makes for the artist and/or record label as a work for hire which means the producer sells all the rights to the track and the artist and/or record label owns it.

$150 (advance) Exclusive licensed tracks for Unsigned Hype (Underground Artists) + 10% of Gross Net Sales. Package deals available.
$300 Exclusive Assignment tracks for Unsigned Hype (Underground Artists) Package deals available.
$1,500 Exclusive Assignment tracks for Indie Labels & Independent Artists. Package deals available.
Start at $3,000 (advance) Exclusive licensed tracks for Mainstream Artists. Package deals available.
Non-Exclusive Licensed Shared Tracks on CD or MP3
You can now purchase non exclusive shared tracks at an affordable price and have a license to record your Demo CD and perform live in concert.

OPP Tracks – Other Producers Property (Hot tracks only)
We sell any Producers tracks for a 20% commission on the Gross Net Sales.
Processing Fees, Hold Policies, and Layaway Policies
· There is a $15 non-refundable processing fee for purchasing tracks.
· We can hold tracks for you for 15 days.
· 10% non-refundable deposit required to hold track.
· Layaways can be held for 60 days
· 25% non-refundable deposit required for Layaways.
· Payment due every 15 days for all Layaways.
