Cleveland, Ohio November 17, 2009- The U.S. Copyright Certificate for Jay Colbert 4 $ale finally arrived. This means that everything is in place and ready to go. The official release date for Jay Colbert 4 $ale is Tuesday March 30, 2010…. just in time for Spring Break. The album will be digitally distributed as a digital download in over ten major online stores including; I-Tunes and Amazon.com. A limited amount of CD’s will be pressed up. This will be the last Jay Colbert album available on CD. All future albums will be digital downloads only.

            The next Jay Colbert single will be posted on www.myspace.com/jaycolbert on Tuesday December 1, 2009. Also, the holiday single, “Spread A Little Cheer”, will be available again this year. Both versions of “Spread A Little Cheer”, will be available for free to everyone who donates $1 to the Cleveland Food Bank(www.clevelandfoodbank.org) and to everyone who signs up to receive the new 2010 Jay Colbert Bi-Weekly Newsletter.
